This was a project for an advertising design class at College of Dupage taught by Professor Elisa Hillock.
I tried to make the logo look like a building entrance welcoming its guests. For the choice of colors I chose a deep navy color to show a rich velvety feel and built a custom gold gradient in photoshop to give the art deco touch.
The arches give almost a 3D effect and the gold and navy elevates the whole design.
